Your custom is very important to us and we will always do our very best to fit you in for treatments, at a time that suits you – including our late evening appointments.

When you book an appointment with us, we may ask you for a booking deposit. This deposit is used as part of your payment towards your treatment.

Why Do I Have To Pay A Deposit?

Your treatments are important and we take your appointment as a verbal contract with the time slot being reserved especially for you.

For this reason, please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, your valuable treatment slot will be wasted and we won’t have the opportunity to fill the appointment time.

We respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible and at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the loss of your deposit. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, your deposit unfortunately becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

Returning clients who fail to attend an appointment will be asked to pre-pay in full for the next appointment.

Booking Treatment Times and Appointment Details

To secure a treatment, a deposit is made either online or in person. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation, this means that the deposit will become non-refundable or transferable.

Your deposit goes towards the final value of the treatment.

Deposits and cancellation fees are based on the portion of the cost of service and treatment. This includes products ordered in anticipation of the service, loss of income as we are unable to fill the cancelled or late space in the short period of time.

Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the treatment. If the cancellation is made under 24 hours, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred.

We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if a deposit has not been made at the time booking.

Time slots are allocated according to the treatment provided. We recommend arriving to your appointment at least 5-10 minutes earlier to get settled.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be cancelled or re-scheduled so we do not delay other treatments following. Your deposit in this case may not be refunded and is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Parents and Guardians

As we provide some treatments for under 16s, please be aware that any under 16s will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the treatment.

Several of our treatments are not suitable for under 18s so please do speak to use prior to booking.

Rescheduling Appointments

In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule or cancel a treatment, we will do our very best to find the next available appointment. In these cases, your deposit will go towards the new treatment time or refunded if you would like to cancel.

Online booking deposits can take up between 3-10 working days to be refunded.

Skin Allergy Patch Tests

Clients who have not had tinting services with us before must make arrangements for a skin allergy test first. The tests must take place no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If you have any known allergies, please speak to us before your treatment so we can discuss all the options available to you.
