Online Skincare Consultations happen through e-mail or via a video call.
Most of our clients prefer e-mail consultations as they can send concerns, details and images quickly and effortlessly.
One of our skincare experts will review your skin history, your current skincare routine, the products you’re currently using, your skin concerns and goals.
You can ask questions during your online consultation, via e-mail or video call.
Once your consultation has been completed, a bespoke skincare plan is sent to your email. This includes specially chosen products and a step-by-step skincare plan for you to follow.
Duration – 30 Minutes.

You need to send us plenty of clear images of your skin – no filters or makeup.
For e-mail consultations, please ensure you provide us with your skin history, the products you’re currently using and have used.
It also helps our skincare experts if you can provide brief notes about your diet.
What Happens If I Need To Ask Questions After My Consultation?

If required, we would recommend for a new consultation or follow-up to be booked.
